Agana Heights farmers hope to delight residents and promote entrepreneurship and agriculture with the “Summer Farmers Market”.

The market, organized by Famagu’on Farmers, will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 14 at Fort Apugan in Agana Heights. Admission is free and all are invited to attend. Visitors are encouraged to bring reusable bags to support the market's commitment to sustainability.

"We are thrilled to bring together our community to celebrate the hard work of our local farmers and the creativity of our artisans," said Storm Piper, one of the lead organizers. "The Summer Farmers Market is not just a market; it's a gathering place where people can connect, discover, and support each other."
Famagu’on Farmers aims to instill the values of sustainability, buying local, and food security in our community, starting with the famagu’on (CHamorru for children). For more information, follow them on Instagram @famaguon_farmers. mbj
