Editor,  Guam needs both: a new hospital and a strong private partnership. 
 

As the warm breezes sweep across the pristine waters of the Pacific, a new tide is rising — the digital wave of artificial intelligence.

If we care about our kids’ classrooms, our hospital beds, our police officers and firefighters, then  we must care about Bill 11-38 because it puts all of that at risk.

Guam’s housing crisis is not just a supply issue — it’s a structural one.

Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career track. Employers develop their workforce, and individual employees obtain paid work experience, classroom instruction, mentorship, and a nationally recognized NCCER credential.

It is important to recognize that the CNMI and Guam, unlike other Pacific nations, are part of the United States. As such, the federal government determines policy on all matters of foreign affairs.

Tonight, we gather at a pivotal moment in our history. A time when the winds of change are shifting—not just in Washington DC or across the Pacific, but in free markets and boardrooms around the globe.
