Bank of Hawaii’s new West Pacific Regional Headquarters and new branch building is located opposite the Guam Premier Outlets on Chalan San Antonio in Tamuning. The building is adjacent to Personal Finance Center. The 18,364 square foot facility will include a 24/7 BankLanai and drive-thru ATM, and the property will offer ample parking space, according to Journal files. The architect for the West Pacific Regional Headquarters was RIM Architects and the contractor is Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. The groundbreaking ceremony for the single-story building was held on Aug. 9, 2023.
