Setiadi Architects LLC was awarded a $20 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for “multi-discipline architect-engineer services for projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas area of responsibility.”
Work will be performed at various locations in Guam and is expected to be completed by February 2030. The contract has a base period and four option years and fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $635,657 will be obligated at time of award, according to a Feb. 21 release from the U.S. Department of Defense.
The contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website with four offers received and NAVFAC Marianas made the award.
Setiadi Architects, founded by John Setiadi in 1997, performs work in the Northern Mariana Islands and Hawaii in the areas of healthcare, hospitality, residential, commercial and federal work.
Recent military construction awards have included a joint venture with two partners for work at Andersen Air Force Base’s North Ramp to accommodate U.S. Marine Corps Aviation assets, according to Journal files. mbj
