InfraTech International LLC was awarded May 15 CHamoru Standard Time a $100 million “firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity construction contract,” according to a release from the U.S. Department of War.
Work to be performed includes general construction and repair services and will be performed in Guam, 80%; the Northern Marianas Islands, 10%; and the Federated States of Micronesia and Palau, 10%. Work is expected to be completed by May 203. The contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov website, with three offers received and was awarded by Naval Facilities Engineering and System Command Marianas.
InfraTech’s headquarters is in Harmon in Guam. It was one of 10 companies awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, historically underutilized business zone, multiple award, design-build construction contract with a ceiling of $700 million to perform “design and build, minor construction, facility, and real property repair and alteration projects on an as-needed basis,” for on-base facilities on Andersen Air Force Base and at Northwest Field on Andersen in November 2023, according to Journal files.
That work is due to be completed by November 2028 but may continue until November 2030 if an option is exercised. mbj
