Chalan Lajuna connects Marine Corps Drive with Rte. 15, also known as the Back Road to Andersen (Air Force Base). Alfredo Bustamante, owner and principal broker of Edge Realty, told the Journal the property was purchased by “a U.S. corporation,” which is now offering it, with completed design plans and utilities and telecom installed.
