Public Law 35-70
Increases the fines for violations of regulations pertaining to the use of signs for commercial purposes. Violations are subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 per violation, with an additional penalty not to exceed $300 for each violation that is not rectified in 10 business days.
