Bridge Capital LLC donated $750 cash on July 26 for the 22nd Annual HANMI Charity Classic Golf Tournament. Bridge Capital is a Superior Package sponsor for the tournament, which is scheduled for Aug. 24 at Coral Ocean Resort.

Interns with the Guam Customs and Quarantine were among the Governor’s Summer Youth Employment Program who officially wrapped up their special projects for the season. Hundreds of youth gathered and presented donations of hygienic products, non-perishable foods, and essential supplies for underserved youth. Students also planted more than 2,000 trees at the As Gadao Reforestation Site in Malesso.

Triple J announced its sponsorship of the seven-day spay and neuter clinic in Hågat with a $1,500 check presentation to Guam Animals in Need (GAIN) at Triple J’s main headquarters in Upper Tumon on July 23. Triple J donated $1,500 to support the Spay and Neuter Island Pets project.

Austability, a support services provider, announced it will donate funds to Island Girl Power, a local Prevention Program focusing on offering positive activities and role models for young girls and their families, and Harvest House - a ministry for foster children and families on Guam that provides for their physical needs, spiritual encouragement, and emotional support. The announcement was shared at Austability’s Industry Appreciation Day on July 20, held to honor the work of its partners in providing recovery support in Guam following Typhoon Mawar.

SPPC donated $5,158.25 to Harvest House Guam, following a successful Community Fundraiser promotion across its chain of 76/Circle K stores on the island. Bethany Taylor, executive director of Harvest House Guam received the check on June 6.
