Cruising offers not only the option to be on the waves from port to port, but also the option to fly to a destination and then sail one way.
Cruises are taking bookings not only for 2025 but also for 2026.
Cruises from Guam for 2025 include the French line Ponant’s Le Soleal, which departs Guam on March 11 for Osaka and the Le Jacques Cartier which sails from Guam to Kobe on March 14 – both five-night cruises.
Ponant is also offering a 16-day cruise from March 16 to March 22 from Fiji to Guam, including calls in Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Chuuk.
Among ships visiting Guam in 2026 are the MS Amadea with 624 passengers on March 2, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The last cruise ship to visit the islands in 2024 was the MS Asuka II of the Japanese NYK Cruises line, which made its second voyage to Guam, arriving at the Port Authority of Guam at 7:13 a.m. on Dec. 30 and departing at 10.30 p.m.
The Asuka then made its way to Saipan, arriving at 8 a.m. and departing at 5 p.m.
The Asuka had 793 passengers and 493 crew onboard.
