Pacific Rim Constructors Inc. was awarded a $35.2 million “firm-fixed-price contract for troop housing construction” for design and full repair of the Saipan Dorm (Building 25007) at Andersen Air Force Base.

Work is expected to be completed by Feb. 8, 2028.
The contract was a competitive acquisition and seven offers were received, according to a release from the U.S. Department of War on Sept. 26 CHamoru Standard Time. The award was made by the 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen.
