Micronesian Air Connection Services, Micronesian Air Cargo Services, Star Marianas Air and United Airlines are flying. The Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority is assessing its fleet.

The Guam Power Authority said as of April 20, the system load is 88% restored with substations 100% energized and feeders/circuits 95% energized. Nine areas of the NMI are receiving water.
