
He previously was vice president and general manager of Bridge Capital LLC, a position he held since 2019. Jackson entered the hospitality industry at Club Med, formerly Club Méditerranée. He was appointed general manager of Pacific Islands Club Saipan in 1994 and general manager of Pacific Islands Club in Guam in 1999, a position he held until 2011.
Jackson has served as the president of the Hotel Santa Fe in Guam and is the chief operating officer of B&G Pacific LLC, which does business as Three Squares Restaurant and its catering service.
He has held numerous roles at the Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association, including as its chairman, and is currently the chairman of the Commonwealth Ports Authority.

He previously served in senior operations positions at various companies, to include Ambros Inc., Shimbros Audio, Cabras Marine Corp., and Oil Spill Response Operations Co.

Hensel Phelps has promoted Erin Grathwohl to project manager, where she will support the Outdoor Playing Fields and Waterline Interconnect project for Naval Facilities and Engineering Systems Command. She transferred to the Pacific Region in 2024 and was instrumental in the successful delivery of the Corrosion Control Facility project at Marine Corps Camp Blaz in Guam.

Frank P. Arriola has been appointed vice president of the Guam Visitors Bureau.

He is a member of the board of trustees of Guam Community College and former chairman of the board of trustees, and Arriola’s other community service contributions include golf tournament coordinator for Catholic schools and churches.
