The Guam Regional Transit Authority broke ground June 29 on the Dededo Park & Ride/ROAD to Education Project on Santa Monica Street in Dededo. Officials said the future transit hub will improve access to education, health care, employment and public services while expanding transportation connections for residents across Guam. The project is part of GRTA's ROAD to Education initiative and includes development of Guam's first park-and-ride facility. Photos by Justin Green.
