Worksite Labs, which operates in 23 major cities and seven states, has launched its first Diagnostic Center in Guam.
The laboratory, located at the Dededo Payless Supermarket, is the first of three patient service centers that offers various lab services including screening and diagnostic testing. Worksite Labs also will be partnering with Guam’s mayors and the Todu Guam Foundation to provide pop-up diagnostic centers to support relief efforts following Typhoon Mawar, which hit Guam with winds in excess of 140 mph on May 24.
Worksite Labs' soft opening was held June 12. Worksite Labs is a national healthcare diagnostics and technology company that delivers fast results by placing full-service labs to provide decentralized laboratory models and advanced diagnostic testing capabilities to give customers superior access to important healthcare services directly into communities and keep them informed on options available based on their diagnostics.
Worksite Labs will be working with all local insurance plans on Guam to include Calvo’s SelectCare, TakeCare, NetCare, StayWell, Medicare, Medicaid, MIP, and soon TRICARE.
Additionally, the company has plans to open two more centers at the Guam Medical Plaza and the Yigo Payless Supermarket with its main lab at Guam Regional Medical Center.
Customers can make an appointment online at guam.worksitelabs.com or can walk into the new Worksite Labs Patient Service Center at the Dededo Pay-Less.
