If you’re a real estate investor, or interested in sustainability, there’s a conference in Guam coming up for you and your business.
The Guam Visitors Bureau and the University of Guam Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation are offering the two-day Real Estate Investing Summit on April 26 and April 27 at the Dusit Beach Resort Guam.
For $295 a day, the summit offers Ian Lobas, the former Keller Williams realtor, now an entrepreneur, real estate investor and high-performance coach on the growth mindset; Adrian Sinclair, Stars and Technologies co-founder; on the potential of 3D concrete printing, as well as an overview on the Guam real estate market, a Guam economic outlook and information on incentives offered by the Government of Guam. A tour of properties and the island, meals and entertainment are included for off-island investors.
Now in its 15th year, the UOG Conference on Island Sustainability offers President Surangel S. Whipps Jr. on April 11 and Gov. Arnold I. Palacios on April 12, as well as “Ideas worth cultivating” on April 10, a sustainable fashion show, and a variety of panels.
