McDonald’s of Saipan donated a $3,000 hole-in-one cash prize.
Docomo Pacific donated $5,000 in cash and in-kind donations, including an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Dial Rent-to-Own donated $5,000. IT&E donated $2,500 cash and a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5.
The P.D. Hemlani Foundation Ltd. donated $2,000 worth of nonperishable food items as part of the BeHeartfelt Meal Pack Program. The program provides kid-friendly non-perishable food enough for two weekend breakfasts, lunches, and snacks.
Mobil Oil Marianas donated $2,000 cash and $1,000 worth of prepaid gas cards to the Northern Marianas College Foundation.
Be Heartfelt, along with Heart To Heart International and the Ayuda Foundation, and the help of Pacific Unlimited Trucking Co., provided 9,000 hygiene kits for distribution to children affected by Typhoon Mawar. The hygiene kits included essential items such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other personal hygiene products.
Volunteers of the American Red Cross NMI Chapter, NMI Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services, Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting, and Priority Care personnel installed more than 100 smoke alarms in more than 50 homes as part of the Red Cross nationwide Sound the Alarm Campaign. Volunteers also discussed typhoon preparedness and home fire safety with residents during the home visits.
Beginning in April, cancer patients living in Guam and members of their support team, including family and friends, are invited to participate in a free psycho-oncology support program provided by Pay-Less Markets Community Foundation.
The program includes an online cancer support group, an in-person cancer support group and wellness services, and individual and family psycho-oncology counseling.
