— Roseann M. Jones, dean of the School of Business & Public Administration of the University of Guam, speaking to the membership of the Guam Chamber of Commerce on April 29 at the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa. She also cautioned that businesses should prepare for the end of the military construction boom and also consider the approach to tourism. Jones said, “What I’d like to see is tourism with a purpose. When I see a conference, that’s tourism with a purpose.”
