In addition, Coast360 hosted a Kids360 Money Skills Workshop. At the end of the session, participants were given play money for completing various learning activities and were encouraged to decide how to use them — save, spend, or donate. For every “play dollar” donated Coast360 matched it with $10, for a further donation of $880.

In recognition of the dedication and service of Joeten Group of Companies employees, theJoeten Daidai Foundation awarded $12,000 in scholarships to six students — all children of Joeten Group employees.
Each student received $2,000 for college this fall. The six recipients are Elisha Chelsea Henzon of Marianas High School, Jay Francis Pineda of Mt. Carmel School, Alyssa Omampo of Grace Christian Academy, Soledad T. Sablan of Saipan International School, Eloysah Lyn Aguirre of Marianas High School, and Elizabeth Tom of Saipan International School.
The Joeten Daidai Foundation, the charitable arm of Joeten Enterprises, was established by the late Jose “Joeten” C. Tenorio and his wife, Soledad “Daidai” Tenorio.

The Skål Club of Guam awarded $500 scholarships to two Hotel Nikko Guam employees — Maria Javelosa and Aaron Guerrero — to support their enrollment in the Managing Front Office Operations course at Guam Community College.
The initiative is part of the Skål Club of Guam’s expanded scholarship program, which provides up to $1,000 per semester to member hotels for employees pursuing degrees or certifications in travel, tourism, hospitality, culinary arts, or related fields at the University of Guam or Guam Community College. Each participating hotel nominates and vets its scholarship recipients, ensuring the awards align with its workforce development goals.

BankPacific employees held a cleanup at Alupang Beach Park for its contribution in August. The bank is holding a cleanup at one village park on Guam each month.
The Saipan Human Society hosted animal clinics in July with the support of Loco & Taco, Paradise Dental, Great Harvest, Spicy Thai, The Original Lucky Bills, J's Restaurant, Atkins Kroll Saipan, and Saipan Vegas. Contributions included donations, services, or providing meals and essentials for visiting veterinarians.
SHS hosted clinics in August for a veterinary team in partnership with the MARS Ambassador Program. Veterinarian Lisa Powell and Certified Veterinary Technician Elizabeth Knoll focused primarily on non-surgical cases.
Atkins Kroll Saipan partnered with the Saipan Humane Society to host a Pet Wellness Fair at the Atkins Kroll Showroom in Puerto Rico.
The one-day event included distribution of 200 to 300 free flea and tick collars, a low-cost rabies vaccination station, and free dog food giveaway. Humane Society veterinarians and staff provided expert guidance and personally fitted pets with collars.
The University of Guam and the Young Men’s League of Guamestablished the Andrew T. Laguaña Scholarship to support UOG students pursuing CHamoru Studies. Two scholarships in the amount of $2,000 will be awarded beginning in Spring (Fañomnåkan) 2026.
The scholarship honors the late Andrew T. Laguaña, a prominent architect, public servant, and civic leader, who passed away in 2022. Laguaña served on numerous boards throughout his life, including the UOG Board of Regents, the Guam Preservation Trust and the Guam Museum Foundation.
The Guam Healthcare Providers Coalitionand the Guam Department of Youth Affairs held two medical outreach events with the first at the Kattan Youth Resource Center in Mangilao, with healthcare professionals including staff from the American Medical Clinic, UOG Pre-PA students, and a GMH nurse, provided vital services such as physicals, PPD immunizations, and high blood pressure screenings.
The Guam Seventh-day Adventist Clinic partnered with UOG Pre-PA students to continue the outreach at the Lagu Youth Resource Center in Dededo, where 45 youth benefited from the free services to prepare for the upcoming school year. mbj
