Guam residents may have noticed radar equipment being installed in some villages as part of Guam’s missile defense system. Similar equipment can be found in other locations on forward operating bases and in other islands, and can be used for training, testing, and detecting missiles. The photos of equipment in Barrigada were taken on Aug. 14 and Aug. 24.
