Guam and Saipan chambers of commerce announce nominees for 2025 awards
The Guam Chamber of Commerce’s Guam Young Professionals committee announced seven nominees for the 2025 Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year.
In a statement, GYP said the nominees’ leadership, drive, and professional impact are helping shape Guam’s future business community.
The 2025 nominees are:
Tito Castro, executive vice president, enterprise business unit, Docomo Pacific;
Kazzandra Edillor, support manager, Bank of Guam;
Rocco Flores, business development manager, BankPacific;
Ryan Galindo, business development officer, Bank of Guam;
Michaela Pangilinan-Gogue, business development officer, Title Guaranty; and
Shelly Santos, commercial banking officer, First Hawaiian Bank.
The honor was established in tribute to the late Reina A. Leddy, who served as the Chamber’s president until her sudden passing in 2009.
The 2025 Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year will be formally recognized at the Guam Young Professionals Annual Event on Feb. 12 at the Hyatt Regency Guam.

In the Northern Mariana Islands, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce has also announced nominees for its 2025 Business Person of the Year and Chamber Awards.

Mayor of Saipan Office.
Voting begins Jan. 16 and closes on Jan. 23. Winners will be announced at the Business Person of the Year and Chamber Awards gala on Jan. 31 at Kensington Hotel Saipan. mbj
