Jay B. Jones named 2025 Guam Business Magazine Executive of the Year
Jay B. Jones, executive vice president of Triple J Enterprises, was named the 2025 Guam Business Magazine Executive of the Year during the Guam Business Magazine Executive of the Year Awards Reception held Jan. 24 at the Hyatt Regency Guam.
Jones has built a distinguished career spanning operations, management and regional expansion. Born and raised on Guam, he returned home after earning his bachelor’s degree from Elon University to begin his professional career with Triple J Enterprises.
Over the years, Jones advanced through nearly every level of the company, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of operations. He later completed the National Automobile Dealers Association Dealer Candidate Academy, further strengthening his leadership credentials. His responsibilities eventually expanded to the Northern Mariana Islands, where he served as vice president of Triple J Saipan Inc.

During his tenure in Saipan, Jones was the president of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce and recognized as Business Person of the Year by the Saipan Chamber.
Jones has been active in the community, serving in leadership roles with several nonprofit and industry organizations, including Make-A-Wish Guam & CNMI, the Guam Automobile Dealers Association, the Guam Motorsports Association, the Guam Cycling Federation, and the Father Duenas Memorial School Endowment Foundation.
Jones joined five other executives in vying for the prestigious award. The other nominees were Christine A. Won Pat Baleto, president and CEO, Docomo Pacific; Christopher K. Felix, president and principal broker, Century 21 Realty Management; Michelle Kramer, managing director of Pacific International Inc. and honorary consul of the Marshall Islands to Guam; Tae S. Oh, president of Alupang Apartments, vice president of Vantage Advertising, and managing partner of PSI Holdings; and Saied Safabaksh, founder and president of Pacific Medical Group, president of The Village, and medical director of Guam Dialysis Centers.
